The Creators Series



CSM directed the public relations program for new curatorial venture Tomorrow Unlimited’s inaugural Creators Series, a pair of three-day conferences in New York and Los Angeles featuring gallery installations, performances, and talks showcasing global creativity in filmmaking, fashion, art, design, technology, and music (June 2007).  The events featured Graffiti Research Lab, Nieto, Matt Hanson, Jonathan Harris, Gareth Pugh, and Jennifer Leonard, and were supported by Apple, Diesel, Canon, Imeem, Getty Images, Dewar's, Smartwater, and Zipcar. CSM secured press coverage in national and international print, TV, radio, and online outlets.  TimeOut NY called The Creators Series "the one event not to miss," while the LA Times said it represented "the future of entertainment." Metro USA highlighted the event in their weekend calendar. The New York Sun covered an in-depth article on art and marketing featuring the Italian clothing brand Diesel, and the partner sponsor of the event. Online features and promotional ticket giveaways were secured for numerous sites including FreeNYC, Hustler of Culture, WoosterCollective, Cool Hunting, The L Magazine, RealTalkLA, Good Magazine, URB Magazine, The Tribeca Trib, The Daily Reel, indieWIRE, The LAist, PSFK, and The FaderNHK Enterprises America featured coverage of the New York events in a program that aired in Japan in July 2007.
